Each of our pieces is deigned and made specifically for you. All items are made to order. Please note that at this time we do not accept returns/exchanges due to the nature of our items being a wearable product. We will accept a return/exchange if the time(s) was grossly misstated or defective. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your product if it was incorrect or defective. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded. Thank you!
Cancelations
Please note that once you place an order it immediately goes into our queue and we begin production on it. Due to this fact, orders cannot be canceled once placed.
We do not cancel orders once they have been placed in our queue simply because you will not receive it by a certain date. Thank you for understanding.
